We are seeking to recruit a Business & System Analyst that will join our team working on long-term projects for the Insurance sector in Greece. The candidate who joins us will work as part of SYNTAX’s professional services team in one of the major insurance companies in Greece that developed and deployed the first and most successful online insurance platform and currently planning its next generation customer-centric digital solutions.

Responsibilities

The Business and System Analyst will act as a liaison between Business and IT and guide the organization in implementing and improving solutions & systems, by analyzing organization or business domains and document its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology. In particular:

  • He/she analyzes business needs and elicits requirements by interacting with business stakeholders and experts.
  • He/she identifies opportunities and problems related to processes, systems and future developments on products and solutions, evaluates and proposes optimal solutions and their feasibility. He/she takes part and advice in internal process reengineering.
  • Based on quantitative and qualitative data, he/she develops or contributes to business cases and business plan initiatives in order to support decision making.
  • As member of an integrated team, work with business and IT (system architects and developers) to implement technology solutions by defining, analyzing and documenting how the system should work (non-functional requirements) and what the system should do (functional requirements).

The IDM Senior Engineer will provide consulting services and will implement leading Identity and Access Management software to large organizations and enterprises in EU and the Arabian Gulf.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop Identity Management System requirements, processes, and design specs based on organizational needs
  • Design and implement the IDM suite
  • Implement new functionality in IDM system based on organizational requirements
  • Provide production support to Identity Management system developed

QUALIFICATIONS:
