‘Release Apps faster & avoid the risk of failure & service degradations’

Since 2016, the conception for the development of SWEAGLE the innovative Metadata Configuration Management Solution, that enables for Application Continuous Delivery, SYNTAX participates in the project as a partner and as a prime developer of the software product with its development team, using modern agile methodology.

SWEAGLE turns the data into machine readable, “ready to use” data, consumed through a secure API. Terraform yaml, Ansible dynamic inventory, full resolved config file templates.  SWEAGLE offers it out of the box.

SWEAGLE automatically collects configuration data from a wide variety of sources and formats, like XML, JSON and others and in addition, other tools can directly inject config data through our API. SWEAGLE consolidates and structures the data, identifies duplicates, applies standardization and maps it into a single “full picture” graph-based data model.

SWEAGLE validates data, automatically detects broken config data settings before they are consumed by other tooling systems and stops what would end up in a broken deployment, earning a lot of time in debug and operational recovery.  SWEAGLE applies technical, functional and compliancy validation checks upon every change on a set of configuration data.

SWEAGLE new feature capabilities will incorporate strong Machine Learning algorithms to apply structures on data that will further improve the standardization, reduce the possibility of mistakes and capture a probable problem before it even happens.

A modern tool of knowledge management based on the communities of practice.

MIRROR system is a result of the European project MIRROR World Communities of Practice for Learning and Innovation in Natural Science.

It is an easy to use software package that supports the development display activities and is addressed to professionals in the museum area. This system can be used for the joint development of reports with simultaneous participation of a large number of museums or co-active businesses.

MIRROR (IST-2001-32504) is a project financed by the IST program (Information Society Technologies) of the European Committee. It is based on a recent research by European museums of Physical History and is developed by experts in the areas of cultural, museum and environmental studies, in scholastic, software technologies, 3D animation and telecommunications.

SYNTAX coordinated and materialized the development of MIRROR in collaboration with the European associates. The project lasted from February 2002 until March 2004.

An Identification & Recognition System based on:
Biometric Characteristics for Access Authorization & Physical Entrance Control

The main advantage of an access authorization and entrance control system that uses biometric characteristics is the unconditional identification of the owner of the access privilege with the person that wishes for it.

This is achieved in contradistinction with other tests that are based on PINs, cards, access codes etc., whose knowledge or possession are possibly owned by a different person and this way the total deception of the system can be possible.
The technologies on which the development of the project relies, refer to access controls based on fingerprints, palm geometry, the iris and face recognition.

The system also provides capabilities of combined access controls based on additional criteria, non-relevant to the biometric characteristics, i.e. smart-card possession etc. The combined control also expands on the serial or parallel control of different biometric characteristics.
